I’m an artist working across photography, moving image, installation and publishing.
My work examines how systems of vision shape what we know and believe about the world. Since 2010, I’ve worked with found imagery, satellites, surveillance networks and generative technologies, repeatedly testing the boundaries of photography and photographic authorship.
The subjects I’m interested in range from industrial landscapes and censored territories to the histories and conventions of image-making. Works including Dutch Landscapes, Feedlots and Less Américains explore what images reveal, what they conceal, and how they acquire their authority.
In 2026 my exhibition Seeing is Believing at Fondazione AGO, Modena, brought these questions into the age of generative AI through works exploring language, religious imagery and light itself.
